**11th October 2025, Newtownards** – The air crackled with anticipation as I positioned myself along the sideline, my walker steady beside me. This wasn’t just another football match; it was a milestone in my rehabilitation journey, a testament to how far I’ve come, with a camera in hand and friends by my side.
### The Power of Shared Passion
That Sunday afternoon I was joined by my good friend **Lucas Ludziejewski** of Lucas Ludziejewski Photography. Together, as part of the **OhVibe Creative Collective** – the creative trio we formed with Natalia – we set out to capture the raw energy and emotion of the beautiful game.
There’s something uniquely powerful about creating alongside those who understand your vision and your struggles. Lucas, with his keen eye for composition, and Natalia (though not physically present, always a part of our creative spirit), have been pillars of support in my journey. As the **OhVibe Creative Collective**, we believe in making art accessible, inclusive, and deeply human.
### The Field as a Therapy Room
For me, photography has always been more than a passion – it’s a form of rehabilitation. Focusing on the movement of the players, the tension in their expressions, and the split-second decisions that define the game allowed me to forget my physical limitations. The camera became an extension of my vision, and the football pitch, my therapy room.
